JEWELRY CARE
- Keep in mind that jewelry pieces are delicate and must be treated with care and attention.
- Your jewelry should always be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.
- Remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering, swimming, or any activity that causes you to perspire or sweat such as exercising.
- Avoid contact with cosmetics, lotions or perfumes, as the chemicals can dull the shine of the jewelry more quickly. (Never spray perfume directly on your jewelry!).
STORAGE
- Store your jewelry in a dry place. As humidity, sunlight, and heat can cause oxidation.
- The ideal place for your loved treasures, for example, is the jewelry box we provide.
- To avoid scratches, it is best to store each piece of jewelry separately.

WARRANTY
Jewels are extremely delicate pieces, therefore not indestructible. We work with fine chains, and fragile crystals, so we recommend extreme care while wearing, removing and storing your treasures.
JEWELRY WARRANTY
All our jewelry has a 6 months warranty, counting from the day it was received by the buyer onwards. We understand that accidents can happen, so your warranty includes repairing or replacing your piece, at our discretion, on the following occasions:
- A chain has broken unexpectedly
- A stone has fallen out of its setting
- The piece has lost its original shape
- The piece has broken
If any of these unfortunate events happened to you please do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you as soon as possible. Remember that the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. To request a repair click here.
The guarantee does not cover under any circumstances the following:
- Broken stones due to falls
- Scratched stones
- Scratches in the metal
If you received your piece with any of the defects from above, you must notify us by e-mail attaching pictures within the first 7 days counting from the day it was received by the buyer onwards, read more about Refunds & Returns Policy here.
GOLD PLATED WARRANTY
Because the life of a gold bath depends on the use that the customer gives to the piece, the warranty is 60 days from the day it was received by the buyer onwards.
If within that period your piece loses color or shine, we will be responsible for gold plating it again without any additional cost. Keep in mind that this process can take up to 60 days. Remember that the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. To request a re-plate, click here.

Shipping policy
After purchasing your products, we will immediately start the shipping process. Quillay Peru is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation from our logistic factory. All product prices includes handling & taxes, but excludes the costs of shipping. For customers outside of Switzerland, additional charges & taxes may apply. The buyer assumes all costs of duties & customs for all orders.
Return policy
It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit only if:
- The item doesn't fit you or the one you gift it to
- You are not satisfied with the quality of your item
- Or you have simply changed your mind
Just keep in mind, in order for us to be able to accept your return it must meet the below requirements:
- The item is in original condition with all the tags still attached
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains and is unworn
- The item is returned to us within 14 days from the date of receiving
Your store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item as it never expires. Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged by our team.

Refunds
We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition. However in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided:
- Notify us within 7 days from the date of receiving, providing a short description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email to info@quillay.ch
- Your claim of the faults have been reviewed and approved by our team
Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our team and a notification sent to you, it may take up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, so please be patient. If your refund has taken longer than this, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay.
In the case that an item is faulty, we will be able to cover the return shipping cost. Simply email a photo of postage receipt to our staff for a reimbursement.
