Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 3 - 7 business days.
European Countries: 5-15 business days.
Rest of the World: 10-20 business days.

Orders are marked as fulfilled/delivered when dropped off at the post office, but will still take a few days to arrive. In most cases if the order is small it will arrive the next day after receiving the shipping confirmation. In other cases it may take until 3 working days within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Returning for a refund or store credit: Upon receipt of your return, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification when your return is received, processed and refunded.

Return for exchange: Once your return shipment has arrived at our warehouse the new shipment will be scheduled. It may take 3 to 7 days for the shipment to arrive at its destination.

GOLD & SILVER: We use recycled 925 sterling silver and 18k solid gold for our pieces.
GOLD PLATED: In the case of gold-plated pieces we use recycled 925 sterling silver as a base metal coated with one micron of 18k gold.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at info@quillay.ch within 7 days of delivery. We guarantee to replace any damaged item upon arrival. Only in the event that the item is unique or out of stock, we will issue a full refund. Once the item is returned we will send you the replacement.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and will work hard to remedy the situation to the best of our ability.

We offer a one-time free repair or replacement within 6 months of your purchase. After 6 months, there is a CHF45 charge for repairs if the item can be fixed.
