All our jewelry has a 6 months warranty, counting from the day it was received by the buyer onwards. We understand that accidents can happen, so your warranty includes repairing or replacing your piece, at our discretion, on the following occasions:
- A chain has broken unexpectedly
- A stone has fallen out of its setting
- The piece has lost its original shape
- The piece has broken
If any of these unfortunate events happened to you please do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you as soon as possible. Remember that the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. To request a repair click here.

- Broken stones due to falls

GOLDĀ PLATED WARRANTY
Because the life of a gold bath depends on the use that theĀ customer gives to the piece, the warranty is 60 days from the day it was received by the buyer onwards.

All shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation from our logistic factory. All product prices includes handling & taxes, but excludes the costs of shipping. Refunds
We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition. However in the unlikely case of an item being deliveredĀ faulty,Ā we will happily provide you with a full refund provided:

- Your claim of the faults have been reviewed and approved by our team
